Integrative Mind-Body Coaching

Mindshift Studio is an integrative mind–body coaching practice supporting individuals and groups who are living with chronic stress patterns that may show up as anxiety, fatigue, persistent pain, or a loss of vitality and connection.

My work focuses on helping people understand the relationship between mindset, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and long-held belief patterns. Rather than trying to “fix” symptoms, we work to gently reduce internal stress, increase a sense of safety, and support the conditions in which greater ease, clarity, and resilience can emerge.

I draw on coaching, psychology-informed practices, guided inner-state work, mindfulness practices and hypnotherapy to help clients identify and soften subconscious patterns that can contribute to feeling stuck, depleted, disconnected, or unable to fully engage with life. Many people find this approach supports improved emotional regulation, reduced reactivity, and a renewed capacity for creativity, connection, and purposeful living.

Sessions are available online or in person.

I’m Danielle Wilson, and my qualifications in integrative wellbeing include a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology, accredited certifications in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Hypnotherapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Life Coaching. I believe in human potential, without exception, and I am excited to work with you, using gentle evidence-based techniques that promote nervous system regulation and allow you to regain balance and step into your own unlimited potential.

The 6-week Integrative Mind-Body Reset

If you’re living with ongoing anxiety, fatigue, or persistent pain, it can feel like your system is stuck in overdrive — even when nothing is “wrong” on the surface. This 6-week integrative mind–body coaching programme is designed to help regulate your nervous system and reduce the internal stress patterns that can keep these conditions in place. The work is grounded in self-compassion. Together, we focus on: Calming nervous system reactivity Integrating past experiences Releasing stored emotional tension through guided writing and inner-state work Rebuilding self-trust through small, consistent regulation practices This approach looks at the whole person, not isolated symptoms. We work with the interplay between external stressors, the nervous system’s responses, and the sensations and patterns that follow, supporting your system to move toward greater ease, resilience, and capacity for daily life. Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

Unlock the power of your subconscious mind to overcome challenges and foster personal growth with RTT. This fast and effective evidence-based approach integrates techniques from Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy, creating an innovative and highly effective method for supporting individuals through the many and varied physical and emotional experiences of life. You may choose to rebook any number of sessions, however you may find you have the results you are looking for after only one session. Alternatively, you may choose to continue with integrative coaching, either one-on-one or in group sessions. I am here to support you in whatever way you need. Cost: $160 per session

    Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis

    No. I am a certified Life Coach and I hold a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology. Hypnotherapy is an additional tool I use with clients who are interested in its potential to unlock subconscious patterns that may be blocking their growth.

    Being hypnotised usually feels like a deeply relaxed, focused state—similar to daydreaming or getting lost in a good book or movie. You’re not asleep or unconscious; you’re aware of what’s happening, but your body feels calm and your mind becomes quieter and more open.

    Some people describe it as a light, floaty sensation, while others feel heavy and grounded. Your attention is turned inward, and time may feel like it’s moving differently—either faster or slower. Most importantly, you’re always in control. You won’t do anything you don’t want to do, and you can come out of the state at any time.Everyone experiences hypnosis a little differently, but it’s generally pleasant, calming, and often leaves you feeling refreshed and mentally clear.

    Mindshift Hypnosis is a gentle, safe process that has been designed specifically to help navigate anxiety in its many forms. Carefully designed hypnotic recordings guide you through a step-by-step journey to rewire unhelpful thought patterns and build the confidence to face the aspect(s) of life driving the anxiety.

    Both Hypnotherapy and Solution Focused Therapy are highly effective modalities that can create significant change after even just one session. The number of sessions you will need will be decided by you at the end of each session. 

    RTT is a powerful therapy that combines hypnosis, cognitive behavioral techniques, and psychotherapy to help you quickly break free from limiting beliefs, overcome emotional wounds, and achieve lasting change.

    RTT is faster and more transformative than many traditional therapies. It accesses the subconscious mind to uncover the root causes of issues, rewires beliefs, and helps you create new, empowering patterns for lasting change.

    Yes, hypnotherapy is generally safe. It’s a natural, non-invasive process that guides you into a state of deep relaxation and focused attention. However, it’s not recommended for individuals with severe psychiatric conditions (eg., psychosis, schizophrenia, Delusional Disorder) without professional supervision. Always consult a healthcare provider if you have concerns.
