Integrative Wellbeing

Mindshift Studio takes an integrative approach to wellbeing, addressing mental, physical, spiritual and emotional wellness. Using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), hypnotherapy and mindfulness-based coaching, I help you reframe limiting beliefs, resolve emotional barriers, and manage physical pain. Together, we’ll uncover the root cause of your struggles, creating lasting transformation and a renewed perspective on life—so you can navigate challenges with clarity, confidence and resilience. Sessions can be held online or in person.

Mindshift Hypnosis, offers bite-sized hypnotic recordings, a science-backed approach grounded in neuroplasticity, designed to address anxiety in its many forms. Both RTT and Mindshift Hypnosis are supported by Mindfulness-based coaching, providing practical tools to help you integrate new thinking, find balance and live with greater ease.

Your Guide to Transformation

I’m Danielle Wilson, and my studies in integrative wellbeing include a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in  Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Hypnotherapy, and ongoing Mindfulness and Life Coach training, allowing me to bring a unique blend of research-based knowledge and integrative practices to my work. My approach draws on the mind-body connection and is highly effective in helping clients manage emotional and physical pain and anxiety. I also have a particular area of interest in supporting those wishing to navigate a path toward repairing and restoring damaged relationships.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

Unlock the power of your subconscious mind to overcome challenges and foster personal growth with RTT. This fast and effective evidence-based approach integrates techniques from Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy, creating an innovative and highly effective method for managing stress and anxiety, and alleviating physical pain, while also addressing stress, breaking unwanted habits, building confidence, addressing fears and phobias, improving sleep, and navigating menopausal symptoms. You may choose to rebook any number of sessions, however you may find you have the results you are looking for after only one session. Alternatively, you may choose to continue with integrative coaching, either one-on-one or in group sessions. I am here to support you in whatever way you need.

Mindshift Hypnosis & Coaching

Mindshift Hypnosis is a branch of Mindshift Studio designed to support young people experiencing anxiety. Through a series of self-guided hypnotic recordings, each tailored to address specific forms of anxiety - like social anxiety, health anxiety, or fear of failure - you'll embark on a compassionate journey to rewire unhelpful thought patterns, build resilience, and reclaim a sense of calm. Grounded in the latest research on neuroplasticity, Mindshift Hypnosis helps you cultivate a calmer, more balanced relationship with your thoughts. Alongside these transformational recordings, individual or group coaching is also available, offering personalised guidance, practical tools and a safe space to integrate new thinking and increase your level of joy.

Once the writing is completed, our team of experienced publishers and designers ensures your memoir is beautifully produced, capturing your legacy with care.

    Absolutely! Your memoir is your story, and I believe in a collaborative process. You’ll have input at every stage, from the interviews to the final draft, ensuring it’s a true reflection of your life.

    The timeline can vary based on the complexity of your story and your availability for interviews, but on average, the process can take a few months. We will work together to ensure it aligns with your needs.

     Yes, once the writing is complete, you will work with our editor and publisher to see your memoir through to the publication of a beautifully and professionally crafted book.
